A leading global banking and securities firm wanted to evaluate and implement a purchasing application throughout its worldwide enterprise.
The Challenge
The Global Operations Procurement Group at the bank
asked Wability to evaluate the different procurement software available
to see which would best fit the company's enterprise. After the
assessment phase, the company selected Ariba as its procurement system.
As part of the implementation initiative, Wability provided a team of
three Ariba Certified Engineers to work on site for 18 months to roll
out the Ariba solution to users in the bank's New York and European
locations. During the second phase of the implementation project, the
Ariba system will be extended to the rest of the banks worldwide
enterprise.
