The Client

SST designs, manufactures and markets a diversified range of nonvolatile memory solutions, based on proprietary, patented Super Flash technology, for the computer, communications and consumer markets.

The Business Challenges

SST ‘s network of manual processes and isolated tier 2 legacy systems could not keep up with rapid company growth. Subsystem integrity was compromised and the staff-were extremely overworked.
