PeopleSoft Financial and HR Modules Implementation: A Global Software Company.

This was an end-to-end IT solutions provider with offices worldwide. The company had growth rates, in excess of 150 per cent due to acquisitions. The company needed the finance and HR functions of various acquired companies, to work seamlessly.

Project Objective

Implement PeopleSoft Finance and HR 7.5/8.x that is scaleable to accommodate future growth. Allow senior management to access information on profits, revenues, billings etc. division wise and industry wise in real time. Provide Self Service feature to all employees.

Solution

The company decided to implement PeopleSoft Financials & Distribution and HRMS package with 24X7 availability, to meet the requirements of offices based in different time zones. The project team implemented the Administer Workforce, Benefits Administration, Payroll Interface, GL, AP, AR, Billing, Purchase, Projects and Assets in a Windows NT/SQL Server environment.
